The scope of exterior and interior painting included shear walls, columns, Chattahoochee walls, brick walls, and both interior and exterior parapet walls with caps. Rooftop structures and rail systems were also part of the scope, as well as laundry rooms and open-air stairway structures including walls, ceilings, and stair systems.

Hallways and walkways—both walls and ceilings—were addressed, along with accessible patio and balcony walls and ceilings (excluding floor surfaces). The team also worked on common area pedestrian traffic floor systems, decorative shutters, steel support columns, and accessible canopy and awning structures.

Additional work included wood shaker systems, all exterior and interior previously coated surfaces of pool buildings and gazebos (such as gyms and storage areas), exterior sides of entry and utility doors and frames, and previously painted scuppers, gutters, downspouts, drip caps, vents, louvers, electrical boxes, conduit, and PVC coverings. Small trash rooms on each floor were also repainted.
