• Balconies: Full and partial depth slab repairs, slab edge repairs, overhead repairs, balcony tile removal (select areas), threshold waterproofing with Sika 710/715, caulking, flash patch, and slope corrections.

• Roofs: Column and beam repairs, stucco with primer, block wall repairs with waterproofing and mesh, caulking at flashing, and general restoration (excluding roof membranes).

• Pool Deck & Equipment Room: Slab repairs, wall repairs with mesh and waterproofing, stucco, fastener replacement, crown molding repairs, caulking, and application of waterproofing membranes.

• Regal Paint Systems: Tower Tech urethane caulk, Ultra Spec Mason 100% Acrylic, Corotech Commercial WB ST Base 4, Ultra Spec Exterior Satin Base, and Gator Grip non-slip additives for flooring and drive surfaces.

• Specialized Materials: Stucco and waterproofing compounds, primers (hot and standard), cementitious patching products, slope correction compounds, balcony waterproofing systems (Sika 710/715), and caulking systems for molding and structural gaps.
